L2W is an Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Strategic Partnership for cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices involving these four countries:

targeting low skilled young adults (between the ages of 18 and 30, including migrants and refugess), in situations of professional vulnerability.
Aims
The project provides innovative and easy-to-use pedagogical resources for all those working directly with young adults in situations of professional vulnerability, including migrants and refugees.
Recognizing the particularities of the target groups, the project objectives are to provide advisors, trainers and mentors with knowledge, skills and strategies needed to promote and support the creation and development of life projects. The main outputs of the project will be a theoretical manual, a course guide and a tool box of scientific and professional relevance.

HOW
THE PROJECT WILL DEVELOP A MANUAL, A COURSE GUIDE AND A TOOLBOX FOR END-USERS. THE TOOLS WILL PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOFT SKILLS THROUGHOUT THE LIFE CHANGE PROCESS OF THE PARTICIPANTS
THESE METHODS, STRATEGIES AND MATERIALS INCLUDE
- - research based theories from vocational psychology and methods from positive psychology and cognitive psychology
- - tools for building character strength, self-efficacy, resilience, motivation, competencies in flexible and creative thinking, problem solving and entrepreneurial skills as well as promoting the acquisition of world knowledge to explore and find potential career paths
